Slots with simulated dealers offer the real deal — sort of
Seven months after opening its slots parlor, the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs pushed aside some of its dining room tables on Wednesday to make room for card games.
Not traditional card games like those you'll find in Atlantic City -- those are still banned in Pennsylvania -- but electronic card games with simulated dealers.
So instead of ambling up to a table with a live dealer, patrons can now sit in front of a monitor and play blackjack before a recording of an actress or actor playing a dealer. As many as five people can play blackjack on one machine. Read more
