Daisuke Matsuzaka donned on his uniform to pitch his first ball as a Red Sox pitcher. He pitched to a college kid and this was seen live on television in Japan. This was in a game that Red Sox played against the Eagles. The college kid was Boston College's leadoff hitter Johnny Ayers who just wanted to make contact with the ball.
