Baseball Conditioning - Its Practical Implications
Does your child dream of becoming a pro baseball player? Well, if yes, then, it is high time to make your kid follow a properly designed conditioning program. A number of coaches and athletes from around the world practice a regimen that consists of running 2-3 miles per day and a machine circuit. But, believe me or not, this kind of a conditioning program does nothing to enhance your performance as a baseball player. On the contrary, it has proven to be detrimental.
